For workshops or yoga classes, please check our current schedule. All hours for acupuncture, massage, and herbal medicine consultations are by appointment. Appointments are available Monday - Thursday, 9am-8pm; Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9am-3pm.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy and the full fee will be charged for failure to cancel an appointment within that timeframe, except for emergencies.

From the Capital Beltway/I-495 :

• Take exit 29A for University Blvd/MD-193 West toward Wheaton, 0.2 miles
• Merge onto MD-193 West/University Blvd East, 0.5 miles
• Turn right at Colesville Rd/US-29 North, and continue to follow US-29 North, 0.9 mi
• NOTE! US-29 North IS Columbia Pike!

We are located on the second floor, above Trader Joe's. Entrance and parking are behind California Tortilla. Elevator accessible.
