Our Policies


Insurance
A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture or massage treatments. Consult your insurer for the terms of coverage on your policy.  However, full payment is due at the time of each treatment. A receipt will be given after each treatment for patients to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Payment methods
We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment.

Confidentiality
Patient confidentiality as required by state law is maintained at all times.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment or the full fee will be charged. In the case of an emergency, please inform the front desk or your practitioner and this policy may be ammended..

Treatment Suggestions and Policies
To get the most of your treatments, please turn off all pagers and cell phones during your visit. If you are coming for acupuncture please refrain from wearing makeup or scented lotions or perfumes for the first few treatments. It is also advisable to avoid caffeinated or alcoholic beverages the day of your appointment and for at least 24 hours afterwards.

Please be on time for yoga classes as late arrivals are disruptive to the class and don't allow proper warm-up time for your body. We suggest that new students arrive at least 10 minutes early to their first class to allow time to prepare and speak with the instructor about injuries, pregnancy or health concerns.

Passcards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
