As we relax, release and open the body, so too the heart can open and soften, and a deep sense of well-being on all levels is possible. Using the breath in a conscious way to root the student in the moment and let go of whatever no longer serves, we will take various yoga poses and use them to explore range of motion and range of feeling in both dynamic movement and in stillness. Come have fun and celebrate being in this class intended for those who may not venture elsewhere due to injury, a special condition, or for those who’ve never quite felt at home in their body, whether moving or not.
