Yoga Fundamentals Series

Always wanted to try yoga? Feeling rusty after a break from practicing? Join Paula for an interactive 4-week series designed for those new to yoga or who would like to revisit the fundamentals. Personal attention is given to each student to increase body awareness and to provide proper alignment tools to empower the new student. Provides a foundation of basic yoga principles, poses, and alignment, including breath work and meditation.
