We have brought forth new classes for you, and as a holiday gift, we are offering these classes for just $5 through the end of the year:


Monday, Mixed Level Yoga with Jade Olubayo from 7:30~8:30AM

Enjoy the early morning group dynamic of an all-levels class. This class is great for all those looking to enhance their personal practice.

Monday, Yoga For Affirmation with Donna Britt from 6:00~7:00PM

Students are invited to expand their sense of calm, self-worth, and positive intention in this hour-long mixed-level class by exploring heart- and soul-opening poses introduced by inspirational readings and a brief meditation.

Tuesday, Lunchtime Vinyasa Flow with Lauren Richardson from 12:00~1:00 PM

Build strength and flexibility and encourage cardiovascular health with this fun and quick-paced Vinyasa Flow class.

Wednesday, Power Vinyasa Flow with Ariel Rubens from 7:30~8:30AM

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This flow class will build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

Wednesday, Lunchtime Yin Yoga with Paula Wang from 12:15~1:15PM

Uniquely therapeutic and rehabilitative to these areas of the body, Yin Yoga is an excellent modality for providing a structural and emotional counterbalance to more muscular forms of asana and other “yang” activities.

Wednesday, Introduction to Yoga with Jade Olubayo from 7:45~9:00PM

Introduction to Yoga is designed to encourage students new to the practice of yoga, as well as those seeking to get back on the mat. In this class, students will explore the basics of alignment in the poses, safe stretching, and moving into relaxation. 

Thursday, Yoga Workout & Tone with Ashley Erickson from 6:15~7:15PM

Build heat, physical strength, and mental stamina while combining pilates and power yoga modalities for a unique full-body experience.

Thursday, Yoga Nidra  with Deb Koolbeck from 8:00~9:00PM

In this class, settle into a supported savasana (corpse pose) using at home props and resting on the floor, and listen to a guided meditation designed to help the mind and body relax.

Saturday, Yoga Workout & Tone with Ashley Erickson from 9:15~10:15AM

Build heat, physical strength, and mental stamina while combining pilates and power yoga modalities for a unique full-body experience.

Sunday, Yoga For A Healthy Back with Deb Bowes from 6:00 ~7:15 PM

Students will learn yoga techniques, breathing, and movement patterns that promote a healthy back. Learn to safely increase your flexibility and strength to relieve chronic tension and pain. Learn to support your posture and alignment to decrease future problems. 


You can go to the Blue Heron Wellness Yoga Schedule, sign up and purchase $5 class drop-in passes, and register for a class(or more). This is a fabulous opportunity to explore a new class and/or meet a teacher new to you.
