I’m equipped with valuable knowledge in many areas, for example, yoga history, philosophy, anatomy and breathing techniques”
The YTT director (Lead Teacher) is an immensely talented and competent teacher. The training met the outlined learning objectives and helped in building confidence and competence. ”
Claudia Neuman is an excellent teacher, so experienced and caring. This program is excellent and I am ecstatic that I took the training.”
I enrolled in the training thinking I would learn how to teach about correct alignment for asanas and sequencing. I completed the training, not only with that knowledge but also with a deeper and more informed appreciation of how a yoga practice reaches all elements of life. And with that, my life, and inner balance has benefited greatly! “
Claudia N. who is training now is wonderful and passionate and that the school itself is a refuge and home to many yogis.”

Francine Brungardt FacultyFrancine Brungardt, E-RYT-200

After thirty years of personal yogic practice and development, Francine received her credentials in 2012 and soon after, began her prenatal yoga studies. Francine’s unique prenatal training began with the great, good fortune of being personally mentored by her senior fellow, Carrie Ganz. As both a highly respected prenatal instructor and an experienced doula, Carrie Ganz guided Francine with a rich curriculum including hours of observation, an extensive foundational reading list, a series of video and film references and personal, one to one lessons. Since 2013, Francine has logged hundreds of hours teaching weekly prenatal yoga classes, prenatal workshops and serving private prenatal clients. In 2017, she produced her own prenatal yoga essentials ebook, “Mama Yogini.” Since then, this simple, supplementary resource has served hundreds of prenatal students.

An E-RYT 200+, Francine keeps her roots firmly in the Hatha tradition and continues to dedicate herself to asana, meditation, independent study, studio classes and advanced yoga training workshops. In addition to prenatal, she enjoys teaching yoga basics and meditation.

Tara has also completed trainings in Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, Jillian Pransky, and Cyndi Lee and continues to be inspired by the power of a quiet mind and a down-regulated nervous system. She is also inspired by the intersections of physical therapy and yoga postures and considers Judith Hanson Lasater’s Experiential Anatomy training to have had the biggest impact on the way she teaches active asana. In her classes you can expect encouraging and lighthearted instructions that will help you explore familiar poses in new and interesting ways.
