The Winter Yoga Schedule is up and running.  While we try to keep the changes to a minimum, we do modify our schedules from time to time.  In all, we hope that you see the new schedule as improved over all.

Wednesday 6:15 – 7:15 pm Yoga Basics (For those new to yoga or who would like to revisit the fundamentals.)
Wednesday 8:00 – 9:00 pm Yoga I
Friday 9:30 – 10:30 am Flow & Release
Time Changes:
Tuesday 4:45 – 5:45 pm Chair Yoga (from 5 – 6 pm)
Thursday 6:15 – 7:15 pm Vinyasa for Strength (from 6 – 7 pm)
Class Name Changes:
Tuesday 7:45 – 9:00 pm Mixed Level with Meditation (This mixed level class ends with meditation & Yoga Nidra)
Thursday 8:00 – 9:00 pm Sublime Unwind (Changed from Yoga Nidra – this class begins with a gentle yoga sequence followed by meditation & yoga nidra**).

**What is yoga nidra? Sometimes called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses vocal cues to trigger the relaxation response and shift the brain into the slower brainwave activity found in deep sleep. This is a particularly yummy practice to end your day!
